Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your Paper Shoot camera in its original packaging, ensuring all lenses, SD cards, and charging cables are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
